Surrogate is currently not stored in any maven repository, e.g. Ibiblio. This task is still TODO and will be resolved before the first non-beta release.
Until then, Maven users can refer to the surrogate-core-version
jar file by specifying the following in the project.properties
file:
maven.jar.override = on
maven.jar.surrogate-core = <path-to-surrogate-core.jar>
